Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver

This is the standard agreement every guest agrees to when confirming a reservation with AllSet Strollers. Read it here anytime before you book.

1. Rental Terms

AllSet Strollers ("Company") rents the equipment to the Renter for the stated period. The Renter agrees to return all equipment in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. Late returns will be charged at the daily rate.

2. Equipment Damage & Loss

Without Optional Damage Protection: The Renter is fully responsible for any damage to or loss of the rental equipment beyond normal wear and tear. The Renter agrees to pay for all costs of repair or full replacement value of any equipment that is damaged, lost, or stolen while in their possession.

With Optional Damage Protection (ODP): If purchased, the Renter shall not be held liable for repair or replacement costs in the event of accidental damage to or theft of the rental equipment during the rental period. ODP covers accidental damage and theft — it does not cover damage resulting from intentional misuse or gross negligence.

3a. Proper Use & Safety (Strollers)

The Renter agrees to use the stroller only as intended and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. The Renter shall NOT use the stroller on stairs or escalators, shall not exceed the stated weight limit, and shall not leave children unattended. Modification of the equipment is strictly prohibited.

3b. Rider Responsibility (Mobility Scooters)

The Renter agrees to operate the scooter only on appropriate surfaces, comply with all applicable Florida traffic laws, and never operate under the influence of alcohol or impairing medication. Only the registered Renter (or a supervised adult) may operate the scooter.

4. Assumption of Risk

The Renter acknowledges that use of rental equipment involves inherent risks. The Renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with its use, including personal injury, property damage, and accidents.

5. Release of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, the Renter releases, waives, and discharges AllSet Strollers, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of the rental equipment. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any third-party claims arising from the Renter's use of the equipment.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations 24+ hours before the rental start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start date are non-refundable.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
